We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our SAP consulting and outsourcing services. The successful candidate will manage consulting teams, ensure client satisfaction, and optimize service delivery processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in SAP consulting and project management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP consulting and outsourcing services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Track and monitor the performance of services, respond to system problems and determine the next course of action as needed.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to address their needs and concerns.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and solutions.
  5. Lead and manage consulting teams by providing guidance and support for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  6. Ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery through the implementation of best practices and standards.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes and methodologies for better service delivery optimisation and efficiency.
  8. Manage project budgets, ensure cost-effective delivery of services, and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align services with business objectives.
  10. Contribute to the development of the consulting services strategy and identify opportunities for expanding services and growing client relationships.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP consulting, service delivery, or project management experience.
  • Any relevant degree or master degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, solutions, systems, infrastructure, and operations
  • Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio
  • Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and influencing
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong sense of organization and time management, discipline
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
