Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our sales goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide admin support for sales representatives, including contract renewals and new quotations. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare quotations for customers, check data accuracy in orders and invoices or contracts.
  2. Process orders or invoices and contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  3. Liaise with the other department to ensure timely deliveries and billing by finance.
  4. Follow up on software and contract renewals for with customers before due dates, send reminders.
  5. Maintain and update sales and customer records including contracts, POs, emails with supporting documents
  6. Develop sales reports for Sales Director, monitor sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  7. Conduct surveys and communicate important feedback from customers to the Sales Team.
  8. Prepare marketing and sales prospecting lists and assist in sales & marketing campaigns when required.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new products and solutions of the company in order to help promote our services to new customers and prospects.

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in any discipline, or Diploma with at least 4 years work experience
  • Experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent for at least 2 years will be a definite plus
  • Hands on experience with any sales software such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Marketing and MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel is a must)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Able to understand customer needs quickly and recommend our services
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Person with eye for detail, able to pay attention to contract, purchase orders and sales orders details
  • Creative and able to contribute to sales and marketing team to create marketing write ups and promotions to generate new sales
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and high-stress sales environment
