Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our sales goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide admin support for sales representatives, including contract renewals and new quotations. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for customers, check data accuracy in orders and invoices or contracts.
- Process orders or invoices and contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the other department to ensure timely deliveries and billing by finance.
- Follow up on software and contract renewals for with customers before due dates, send reminders.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records including contracts, POs, emails with supporting documents
- Develop sales reports for Sales Director, monitor sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Conduct surveys and communicate important feedback from customers to the Sales Team.
- Prepare marketing and sales prospecting lists and assist in sales & marketing campaigns when required.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and solutions of the company in order to help promote our services to new customers and prospects.
